To each contributor, after reception of a personal password to access the database, a personal page is created by the administrators (figure 1). Gender, first name, family name and affiliation(s) are requested (figure 2). Contact, middle name(s) and picture are optionals. The personal page is visible by all public on the web.
Associated to his personal page, each contributor receives a dedicated personal discussion page on which text is entirely free, without limit of space. It allows, for example, to discuss with other contributors in real time, to store personal links towards specific pages of the database, or to create personal discussion sub-pages. In opposite to the personal page, the personal discussion page IS NOT visible on internet, but only by the other contributors through an intranet network belonging to Drilobase.
To access your personal page, click on your name, down of the left navigation column (figure 3).
